Placing an actual figure on the amount of people affected by this is very difficult, as the Spanish Government have not yet disclosed this information. But our research shows that thousands of Brits could be entitled to reclaim their CGT.
The trouble is, most of the people affected don’t know that they could be able to get their money back. To help raise the profile of this issue, we will be speaking to all the major newspapers and broadcasters in the UK and in Spain. This mass consumer action has already gained momentum in a very short period of time, but we still need more people who are prepared to speak to the press to highlight the issues and spread the word.
