Once you have
registered, all we need is three documents:
1.
Power of Attorney (with The Hague Apostille) Only valid IN SPANISH.
A Public Notary must sign the Power of Attorney (SPANISH VERSION), together with all the property owners (including spouses if married when the property was sold).
The total cost of the Power of Attorney (including The Hague Apostille) will be approximately 100 GBP.

Although it is not mandatory, sending a copy of the property deeds and a copy of all owners (and spouses) NIEs or passports, may speed up court proceedings.
2.
Engagement Agreement between you and Costa, Alvarez, Manglano & Assoc.
This agreement (in English) outlines our professional relationship with you and clarifies all the legal aspects and financial terms and conditions. Please, read it carefully and send it signed to us.
Please note that all property owners including spouses must submit their details and sign the Agreement. Please download and sign the amount of copies required.

3.
Copy of the Spanish Tax Form “Modelo 212” signed and presented to the Spanish Authorities when you sold the property
We can obtain this for you free of charge if you send us the Power of Attorney above plus a copy of your Passport / NIE.
It is compulsory to present a copy of form 212 (a form headed in Spanish: “Agencia Tributaria. Impuesto sobre la Renta de no Residentes Modelo 212”) to proceed with the reclaim.
If you have form 210 instead of 212, this will suffice. Tax Forms Modelo 211 and Modelo 214 are not valid.
