Reasons to file your claim now
If you are thinking of waiting to present your reclaim, consider the risks involved:

Step 1.
Register now or call us on 0845 680 3849.

Step 2.
Send us Modelo 212. If you don’t have a copy of this form, contact us and we will obtain it for you free of charge.
Step 3.
Make an appointment with a Public Notary to arrange for the Power of Attorney to be signed.

To find a Notary in your area:
England & Wales
Scotland
N. Ireland

Step 4.
Read the Engagement Agreement carefully. Please make sure you include all required data and sign each of the pages, not only the last one.
Step 5.
Send us the documents as soon as you can to:
Costa, Alvarez, Manglano & Asociados
P.O.Box 14.042
08080 Barcelona - SPAIN

IMPORTANT: If your case is close to expiration: please send us immediately your copy of form 212 and the Engagement Agreement with all owners signatures (including spouses if married when the property was sold). Then, as soon as the Power of Attorney is obtained (IN SPANISH) send it, appropriately signed as per the Engagement Agreement, and also by the Notary (including The Hague Apostille).
Step 6.

Please include your Client Code (provided to you by the system) in the envelope.

Although it is not mandatory, sending a copy of the property deeds and a copy of all owners (and spouses) NIEs or passports, may facilitate court proceedings .
